Viral cottage cheese wrap

Ingredients:

  • 200g COTTAGE CHEESE

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 tablespoons of parmesan

  • A pinch of salt and pepper

  • 5 ml. olive oil (1 tb. spoon)

Instructions:

  1. Grease the baking paper with olive oil

  2. Blend the ingridience

  3. Bake at 180°C (392°F) for about 20 -25 minutes.

  4. After baking turn off the oven and leave the buns inside to cool completely.

    (until the top is slightly golden)

  5. let the wrap to cool down

  6. Remove from the paper when it has cooled down completely
