pumpkin seeds buns

Ingredients:

(for 9 buns)

  • 500 g egg whites (approx. 13–14 eggs)

  • A pinch of salt

  • 100 g ground pumpkin seeds

  • 50 g chia seeds

  • 50 g sesame seeds

  • 2.5 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.

  2. Gently mix the dry ingredients into the egg white foam.

  3. Form 9 heaping buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    /do it with a spoon.

  4. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes.

  5. After baking turn off the oven and leave the buns inside to cool completely.
