Better Than a Donut! – Protein-Fiber Buns (4 pieces)

Macros per 1 bun
Ingredients:
(for 4 buns)
2 eggs
1 sugar-free, gluten-free pudding mix (40 g)
20 g coconut flour
½ tsp baking powder
20 g erythritol / sukrin
40 g sugar-free chocolate cream (10 g per bun)
pam or coconat oil
4 muffin cups
Instructions:
Combine the eggs, pudding powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and erythritol in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
Preheat the oven.
use baking cups or muffin cups
to prevent sticking spray the muffin cups with Pam or coconut oil.
1 Spoon a portion of the batter into the muffin cup.
/do it with a spoon.
Add 1 teaspoon of chocolate cream in the center of each bun.
Cover with another spoonful of the batter to seal the filling inside.
fill all 4 muffin cops and put in to the oven
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes.
Serve warm – the melted chocolate inside will be delicious.
