Better Than a Donut! – Protein-Fiber Buns (4 pieces)

Macros per 1 bun

Ingredients:

(for 4 buns)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 sugar-free, gluten-free pudding mix (40 g)

  • 20 g coconut flour

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • 20 g erythritol / sukrin

  • 40 g sugar-free chocolate cream (10 g per bun)

  • pam or coconat oil

  • 4 muffin cups

Instructions:

  1. Combine the eggs, pudding powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and erythritol in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.

  2. Preheat the oven.

  3. use baking cups or muffin cups

  4. to prevent sticking spray the muffin cups with Pam or coconut oil.

  5. 1 Spoon a portion of the batter into the muffin cup.

    /do it with a spoon.

  6. Add 1 teaspoon of chocolate cream in the center of each bun.

  7. Cover with another spoonful of the batter to seal the filling inside.

  8. fill all 4 muffin cops and put in to the oven

  9. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes.

  10. Serve warm – the melted chocolate inside will be delicious.
