Ingredients:

(DIVIDED INTO 7 SLICES)

  • 6 egg whites

  • 50g pumpkin seeds / blended

  • 40g out fiber or bambus fiber

  • pinch salt

  • pam or coconat oil to to grease the form

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade.

  2. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.

  3. Slowly add the rest of the ingredients while mixing

  4. grease the form with pam or coconut oil

  5. Pour the mixture into the form.

  6. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes.

  7. let it cool down .
