Ingredients:
(for 9 buns)
500 g egg whites (approx. 13–14 eggs)
A pinch of salt
50 g ground pumpkin seeds
50 g chia seeds
50 g out fiber
Instructions:
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
Gently mix the dry ingredients into the egg white foam.
Form 9 heaping buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
/do it with a spoon.
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes.
After baking, turn off the oven and leave the buns inside to cool for 20 minutes..
Take them out, let them cool completely.
